At The Florida Soccer School and the Tournament SportsPlex of Tampa Bay, we want every family to have a fun, memorable Monster Mash weekend—including the parents who drive. Thanks to the incredible support of our friends, families, and players, we expect this year’s event to close out once again.

Why Parking Needed a New Plan:

Two years ago, heavy attendance caused long entry lines and wait time in excess of 45-minutes to park. The SportsPlex simply does not have enough on-site spaces for the crowds we now welcome, so we created a plan to keep things moving.

Our Parking Solution:

Since there are not enough spaces on site at the SportsPlex to accommodate all the families that will be in attendance, we our going to try to limit the amount of cars entering and exiting the complex. In order to do this, we have decided to offer FREE off-site parking and charge for on-site parking. Each Parking Pass will be sold as a weekend pass for Saturday and Sunday with re-entry.

Limited On-Site Parking – The Green Lot is available for purchase, as well as the Yellow Lot across the street.
Free Off-Site Parking – We are improving our Off-Site Parking option this year by adding an additional bus. Complimentary off-site lots with shuttle service will be available.
Dedicated ADA Bus for anyone with a disabled parking permit choosing to park in the Free Parking Lot.

FREE PARKING - Our Core Values & Commitment To Everyone

At The Florida Soccer School, it is imperative we offer a FREE parking option for players and their families. We do not believe in charging parents entry fees or making parents pay to park to watch their children play. This is against our core values. While we realize some families can afford to do this, it may be very stressful for others. This is why we will have an improved FREE parking option Off-site with shuttle busses to transport families to the facility. One of the buses will be dedicated to families with a handicapped family member.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How many buses will you have running? Three total buses, including an ADA-approved bus.

How long is the shuttle from the FREE parking lot? If you hit the red light then it takes 6-7 minutes to get to the SportsPlex.

Can we bring our equipment with us on the bus? Yes, there is room under the bus for your tent, carts, and equipment.

Are we allowed to drop off players or equipment at the facility? No. Drop-off is not allowed. Unless you have purchased a parking pass or have a VIP pass, you will not be allowed entry into the facility.

Where does the Free Parking Bus drop off? The Free Parking Buses will drop off at the Tournament SportsPlex of Tampa entrance on E. Columbus Drive.

Paid On-Site Parking

We will have two different lots available for purchase. The Green lot ($50) is on-site at the Tournament SportsPlex of Tampa and the Yellow lot ($25) is across the street.

Your parking pass is valid throughout the weekend, and re-entry is permitted. We will be distributing a number of VIP passes for Head Coaches, Coaching Directors, and Monster Mash Tournament Staff. Parking spots in the Green lot will be extremely limited.

All parking passes must be purchased online prior to the event and we expect to close out the Green lot shortly.

Anyone with a disabled parking permit is required to purchase a pass for Green or Yellow Lots. Free parking is available with a dedicated ADA bus for anyone with a disabled parking permit.

VIP Parking

One head coach for each team, the coaching director, and the Monster Mash tournament staff will be given VIP parking passes. If your club is sending 3 or more teams, parking passes will be given to your coaching director before the event to distribute.

If your club has 2 teams or less attending Monster Mash, we will email the parking pass to the coach directly.

Anyone with a disabled parking permit is required to purchase a pass for Green Lot. Free parking is available with a dedicated ADA bus for anyone with a disabled parking permit.
